This Appendix forms an integral part of the Intermediation Agreement.

Conditions for Commission Payment:

  1. Minimum Turnover:

    • Minimum turnover of intermediated transactions in the current year (€):
      • Bronze: 0–5,000
      • Silver: 20,000
      • Gold: 50,000

  2. Commission Rate:

    • Bronze: 10%
    • Silver: 20%
    • Gold: 30%

  3. Payment Frequency:

    • Monthly

  4. All new partners start at the Bronze level.

  5. The commission is calculated from the invoiced monthly sum excluding VAT over a period of one year.

  6. The “number of newly activated clients” is understood as the number of different companies that have ordered the PULSAWORK platform.

  7. A right to a commission arises upon fulfillment of the condition of ordering and paying for services in EUR for a period of at least one year.

  8. Commission payment is made after the commission right is established, i.e. when the services from the list of intermediated companies provided by the Intermediary have been ordered and paid for.

  9. The Interested Party reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pay the Intermediary a special reward beyond the agreed commission, based on the Intermediary’s particular approach as evaluated by the Interested Party. The Intermediary is not entitled to claim this special reward.

  10. The Intermediary has the right to waive the commission payment.

  11. This Commission Schedule shall apply indefinitely from the date of its commencement.
