Appendix No. 1 – Commission Schedule

This Appendix forms an integral part of the Agreement on Obtaining and Providing Contact Information.

Commission for the PULSAWORK Product:

• All new partners begin at the Bronze level.
• The commission is calculated from the invoiced monthly amount excluding VAT over a period of one year.
• “Number of activations” is understood as the number of distinct companies that have ordered the PULSAWORK platform.
• The right to commission for the Agent (“Tipér”) arises only upon fulfillment of the condition of the ordered and paid volume of services in EUR for a minimum period of one year.
• Commission payment will be made only after the right to commission has been established. The commission will be paid only for the first year’s ordered services from the list of companies that the Agent has recommended and for which the services were ordered and paid.
• A cancellation (“storno”) of the Agent’s commission arises in the event of cancellation and/or non-payment of an Order, and thus the condition for commission payment is not met. In the case of partial performance, the Agent shall be entitled to receive a proportional amount.
• The Service Provider (Client) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pay the Agent a special reward in addition to the agreed commission, based on the Agent’s specific approach as evaluated by the Service Provider. The Agent is not entitled to claim such a special reward.
• The Agent has the right to waive the commission payment.
• This Commission Schedule applies indefinitely from the commencement date.
