Hiring Rooms
Added a new filter option “My Hirings”: the system filters all hiring rooms and shows only those where the user is connected as a recruiter. To view all rooms, use the action “All Active”.
Visual indicator of new/unresolved reactions in the list of hiring rooms.
Option to schedule an interview:
Interviews can be scheduled directly using the “Calendar” action in the candidate’s stage.
Dark/black color = no scheduled interview, green = an interview is scheduled.
Interview details are displayed in the “Interview” column of the table.
Bulk interview scheduling:
Select multiple candidates in the table and schedule a bulk action “Schedule interview”.
Candidates who already have a scheduled interview will be ignored by the bulk action.
Editing and evaluating interviews:
Edit parameters: date, time, online interview + link, type of interviewer (internal/external), notes.
Interview evaluation: successful / unsuccessful.
Interview history:
Complete overview of all interviews in the hiring room sorted from newest to oldest.
Filter interviews by date, export data.
Exports:
Candidate list and interview list exported separately.
Export also possible based on selected rows.
Visas and Residences
Added new filter options “Employer” and “User Employer”.
Movable column for the person’s name (for better visibility on smaller monitors).
In the “Employment Details” form, a new option to select from offers (auto-filling of employment data).
Employees and Employee Card (Contract History)
New filter options: “Employer” and “Order”.
Updated filters: “Active Contract”, “Multiple Active Contracts”, “Employees in Notice Period Only”.
In the “Employer” column, the table now displays contracts with the status “Signed” (but not yet active).
In the employee/candidate card, the extended contract history is displayed, sorted by start date.
Terminations
In termination management, it is now possible to edit the reason, type of termination, and notes even after the person’s termination.
Reports Section
Employment Status (Orders):
The original metric “ADZ Statistics” has been renamed.
Report shows the status of active employment contracts per order.
Recruiter Statistics:
Report expanded with a list of people in various employment statuses (e.g., 1 month, 2 months, 1 year).
The system tracks recruiter activity based on historical actions: profile insertion, move to final stage, contract proposal.
Export of lists and main overview to Excel.
Fluctuation:

Increased maximum attachment size to 25 MB for documents and 10 MB for graphic files (PNG, JPG).
Added option for “Bulk mark system notifications as read.”
Added profile search feature (available via navigation menu or shortcut “CTRL+K” (Windows) / “CMD+K” (MacOS)).
Contracts:
Added new permission allowing edits to signed contracts without needing to issue an addendum (useful for post-signature corrections).
Added support for creating client contracts (contracts owned by the client). You can now switch “Employer” in the entry to select from clients, marking the contract as “Foreign.” Filtering for such contracts is also available.
For terminated contracts, the table now displays the actual termination date and calculates the length of employment.
Courses (Education & Development):
Changed the display order: first the list of courses appears, then the training records (results).
Added the ability to assign participants from the candidate registry to trainings (participants of training).
Extended participant management features: you can now add custom record identifiers, notes, and set a date for retraining. A participant can attend a training multiple times as a “Repeating participant.”
