APPENDIX NO. 1 – SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES AND PRICE LIST

This Appendix forms an integral part of the Agreement on Data Provision via API.

General Provisions

PULSAWORK API Services

Article I – Service Fee

1. The Client, in accordance with this Agreement, is obliged to pay a Service Fee for the actions pursuant to the Agreement on Data Provision via API.
2. The amount of the Service Fee is defined above in the table.
3. The commission is calculated from the invoiced monthly sum excluding VAT over a period of one year.

Article II – Liability of the Provider for Incidents

1. The Provider is not liable for Incidents caused or related to transmission errors, technical faults, line interruptions, interference with devices of the telecommunications service provider, or operators of private networks.
2. The Provider is not liable for Incidents caused or related to errors or faults on the part of other service providers.
3. The Provider is not liable for Incidents caused or related to the non-granting or non-existence of consent by the owner of the Connected Account (or any other connected account) or by a person authorized to access the Connected Account (or any other connected account) via the electronic channels of the Client, which is a prerequisite for the provision of the Provider’s Services under this Agreement.
4. The above provisions regarding these types of Incidents and their resolution do not apply.
